One more chance for swim star

HEYWOOD Olympian Keri-anne Payne will be hoping it proves third time lucky when she competes for Great Britain in an open water swim.
Her first two events of the Beijing Olympics were in the pool.
The 21-year-old, who now swims for Stockport Metro after starting out with Rochdale Aquabears, went out in the heats of the 400m individual medley.
But she then clocked 2 mins 12.78 seconds to qualify for the semi-finals of the 200m individual medley.
Unfortunately she finished eighth in her semi which included some of the world's best swimmers. Keri-anne posted a time of 2.14.14.
Her next event is the 10km open water swim next Wednesday.
