Dynamoes' tournament the biggest yet

ROACH Dynamos annual tournament held at Heywood Community School earlier this month was voted a huge success.
Played over two days, the first day saw a seven-a-side tournament for under 8s, 9s and 10s, and 11-a-side for under 11s.
The second day catered for under 12s and under 13s, playing 11-a-side.
Teams travelled from as far afield as Merseyside, Cumbria as well as Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
All of the age groups were fully subscribed.
Despite the persistent rain on day one and showers on day two, the weekend was an outstanding success – the club’s biggest yet. Players, friends and family from more than 50 clubs enjoyed fantastic football, food and drink, professional photography and family fun.
And the icing on the cake for the club was Roach Dynamos under 10s and under 11s won their respective competitions.
