Charity's 'serial killer' warning

AN INTERNATIONAL animal charity has warned that the young children who beat a puppy with sticks in Darnhill a few weeks ago are at risk of becoming serial killers or rapists.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) Foundation has sent an emergency warning to all schools across the Rochdale borough saying cruelty to animals in childhood is a common theme in people who go on to be violent criminals as adults.
