Hi I am an old resident from Heywood area and I was their in september of 07 and I brought my teenage boy's with me to Heywood. They were bored their because there was nothing for them to do. So I think Margart is right the kid's need something there, for them to play. Also I think the council should build a skateboard area for the teenagers. Here is Australia we have in door skate parks which the kid's can use. I think the teenagers of Heywood would love it, but so would the resident's because the teenagers would be off the streets and buring up some un used energy. You might find the crime might go down too as the youth would not be bored. Good on you Margaret :) Lee
