A cheer for queer arts

Angela Kelly
7/ 5/2008

THIS year’s Queer Up North festival has shrugged off initial funding problems to launch its annual spotlight on maverick talent throughout May. It will open with a world premiere from one of America’s most radical female entertainers, Sandra Bernhard.

Her landmark show Without You I’m Nothing has been completely re-worked for its 20th anniversary and premieres on May 9, prior to seasons in Los Angeles and New York.
